Creative Team Lead Jobs in Riyadh: Position Overview
The Creative Team Lead will lead the development of creative concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects, guiding the creative team from initial client brief through to final execution. The role sits at the center of Omq’s creative process, working closely with Art Directors, 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, and Project Managers to keep every concept aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the creative team throughout the concept development and design process
- Develop creative concepts and innovative ideas for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects
- Translate client briefs and project objectives into strong creative directions and concepts
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for pitches and ongoing projects
- Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the approved concept
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Project Managers, and other team members
- Develop creative concepts for stages, booths, exhibitions, event spaces, activations, and interactive experiences
- Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal teams and clients
- Oversee the creative development process from initial concept through final execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional experience in creative roles, preferably within events, exhibitions, experiential, advertising, or brand activation industries
- Previous experience in the events industry is highly preferred
- Previous experience leading or supervising a creative team
- Strong experience in creative concept development and ideation
- Experience working on events, exhibitions, brand activations, or experiential projects
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and team management skills
- Strong visual and creative thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
