
Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is hiring Event Coordinators / Event Specialists to support the successful delivery of a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia — a fixed-term project role for hands-on events operations professionals.
Position Overview
This is a three-month, fixed-term project role (starting August 1) requiring hands-on experience in events operations and coordination. The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating and executing event operations across functional areas such as venue management, spectator services, hospitality, protocol and logistics for a landmark international sporting event.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of event operations across various functional areas (venue management, spectator services, hospitality, protocol, logistics, etc.)
- Work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
- Coordinate day-to-day schedules, documentation and reporting for assigned areas
- Support venue preparations including set-up, signage, accreditation, catering and other operational requirements
- Manage on-site operations during event days, ensuring smooth flow of activities, issue resolution and stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide administrative support including meeting preparation, follow-ups and tracking of deliverables
- Ensure operations are carried out in line with tournament standards, health & safety, and security protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in events (sports events, international events, or large-scale cultural projects preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and handle operational challenges on-site
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Availability to work on a contract basis (3 months, starting in August)
