Position Overview
The team is looking for a Conference Producer with a finger on the pulse of a fast-paced, ever-changing industry — confident engaging expert speakers from around the world and managing the order of show on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programs
- Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies to shape conference content
- Engage recommended speakers and confirm their attendance
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date speaker database
- Provide leads to the sponsorship team and attend sales meetings as appropriate
- Conduct post-show analysis, including job title/attendee analysis
- Liaise with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates on-site to resolve queries and gather feedback
Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience in conference production
- Fluent, clear written and spoken English
- Commercial awareness and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of the gaming, esports, or security sectors is a plus
