Monolith Technologies is Hiring: Festival & Activations Manager in Riyadh

Monolith Technologies is looking for a hands-on Festival & Activations Manager to lead live event delivery in Riyadh, spanning programming, stages, cultural shows, F&B vendors, activations, and the overall visitor experience for a major upcoming festival project.

Position Overview: Festival Manager Jobs in Riyadh

This is a project-based, on-site leadership role covering the full lifecycle of a large-scale festival: master scheduling and stage management, activations and cultural programming, performer and backstage logistics, vendor and F&B operations, and visitor experience across the festival site. The role runs for the complete project period from 15 October through the end of November 2026, and candidates must already be based in Riyadh with a valid Saudi work permit — Monolith Technologies will not provide visa sponsorship for this short-term position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and control balanced master schedules across all festival zones, resolving stage clashes to keep visitor flow smooth.
  • Direct running orders, artist call times, soundchecks, and stage changeovers alongside AV, lighting, and stage teams.
  • Plan daily activation schedules, games, audience competitions, and prize presentations, managing staffing and branding.
  • Coordinate traditional performances and cultural shows with local partners in line with Saudi cultural guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for performers and MCs, managing transport, credentials, hospitality, and dressing rooms.
  • Assign vendor spots, set restocking schedules, and oversee daily readiness for food trucks and festival concessions.
  • Optimize crowd flow, seating, and queue control, and oversee kids’ zone operations and child-safety protocols.
  • Lead pre-opening briefings and inspections, monitor live operations, and compile daily operational reports.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of event leadership experience managing festivals, stages, AV, MCs, and live shows.
  • Proven crowd and vendor logistics experience directing visitor flow, guest experience, F&B, and suppliers.
  • Strong onsite problem-solving skills, able to resolve real-time operational issues under pressure.
  • Must be currently based in Riyadh with a valid Saudi work permit / legal right to work in KSA.
  • Fluent English required; basic conversational Arabic required for onsite coordination.
  • Available for the full project period, 15 October through 30 November 2026.
  • Saudi market and cultural expertise, plus established local F&B, agency, and artist networks, are strong advantages.
