Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is recruiting for one of the more high-profile venue manager jobs in Riyadh this season: a Workforce Venue Manager to lead workforce planning and deployment across venues for a major international football event. The contract runs from December 2026 through January 2027, covering venues in both Riyadh and Jeddah.

Position Overview: A Venue Manager Job Built Around a Major Sporting Event

The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and deploy the event workforce across assigned venues, working closely with HR, venue operations, and event delivery teams to make sure the right people are scheduled, equipped, and in place when it matters. It’s a fast-paced, high-profile assignment for someone comfortable moving between spreadsheets and the show floor.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed workforce plans for assigned venues
Coordinate workforce allocation, deployment, and daily staffing requirements
Act as the key workforce point of contact for assigned venues
Coordinate uniform requirements, sizing, allocation, and distribution
Support volunteer workforce planning, shifts, and deployment across venues
Maintain workforce data and reports, and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

Proven experience in workforce planning, workforce management, or event workforce coordination
Experience on large-scale sporting events, football events, or major operational projects is highly desirable
Strong Excel and data-management skills, plus experience with workforce/HR scheduling systems
Strong organizational and stakeholder-communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
