A-Z Experience, the Jeddah-based experiential events and creative solutions company delivering events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations, has opened a Senior Project Coordinator role. The company brings together project management, creative development, fabrication, and live operations to deliver complete experiences from brief to execution.
Position Overview
The Senior Project Coordinator will independently lead assigned small-scale projects while supporting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on larger, more complex events, exhibitions, and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned small-scale projects from brief through supplier coordination, site delivery, and closeout
- Support Project Managers in delivering larger events, exhibitions, and activations
- Maintain project schedules, procurement trackers, approval logs, and delivery trackers
- Coordinate quotations, supplier information, samples, and venue requirements
- Prepare meeting notes, project packs, purchase requests, and site documentation
- Follow up consistently with Creative, Production, Fabrication, and Logistics teams
- Monitor outstanding actions and risks, and escalate before they affect delivery
- Support site visits, installation, live-event operations, and dismantling
- Guide junior Project Coordinators on documentation quality and follow-up standards
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, events, experiential activations, exhibitions, or production
- Demonstrated experience independently coordinating or leading small-scale projects
- Strong experience dealing directly with suppliers and following up on quotations and deliveries
- Strong spreadsheet, project-tracking, and documentation skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Availability to support site work and event schedules when required
