The company delivers end-to-end execution for exhibition stands, temporary structures, and experiential projects across multiple venues in the Kingdom, and is growing its site operations team to keep pace with Saudi Arabia’s packed exhibitions calendar.
Exhibition Manager Jobs in Riyadh: Position Overview
The Exhibition & Events Site Manager acts as the primary site leader for exhibition, event, and experiential projects, overseeing installation, live operation, and dismantling within tight, non-negotiable event deadlines. The role coordinates internal teams, subcontractors, venue management, exhibition organizers, and logistics providers to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site activities across build-up, live event support, and dismantling for multiple exhibition stands and event projects at once
- Supervise site engineers, installation teams, subcontractors, and specialist vendors
- Review technical drawings and installation methodologies for custom-built stands, modular systems, AV, and temporary infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with venue regulations and safety standards covering rigging, temporary structures, and fire safety
- Conduct quality inspections, site audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor project costs, manage variations, and report progress to clients and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Minimum 7 years in construction, events, fit-out, or engineering projects, including 3+ years in a site leadership role
- PMP, IOSH, or NEBOSH certification is an advantage
- Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus
