Owned by the Public Investment Fund, RSG is growing its luxury events and brand experience team to help welcome the world to its two flagship destinations. Position Overview
The Events and Sponsorship Manager will lead the planning, execution, and management of high-impact, experiential luxury events and sponsorship activations that elevate RSG’s brand and residential portfolio, with a focus on immersive experiences for UHNWIs, investors, and strategic stakeholders rather than traditional residential marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives
- Identify and manage high-value sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and platforms that enhance brand positioning
- Lead the full event lifecycle from concept, design, and production through execution and post-event analysis
- Deliver immersive, high-touch experiences including VIP events, private showcases, launches, and international roadshows
- Collaborate with top-tier event agencies, production houses, and luxury vendors to ensure best-in-class delivery
- Manage event and sponsorship budgets with a strong focus on ROI and value creation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in events, with a strong focus on luxury, experiential, or high-end brand activations
- Proven background executing large-scale, detail-driven luxury events, not just planning or coordination
- Experience within hospitality, luxury brands, destination marketing, or premium lifestyle sectors
- Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, or branded collaborations is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage VIP clients and senior stakeholders
