Position Overview
This role leads the planning and delivery of flagship cultural programs and anchor experiences that act as key attractions within Qiddiya’s Cultural and Heritage program, working with high-profile performers and production partners to deliver headline-level moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage flagship cultural programs and signature experiences, defining concepts, themes, and formats
- Ensure anchor programs act as key attractions within the overall offering and support procurement of third-party partners
- Oversee execution of major performances and anchor events, coordinating across multiple teams for delivery at scale
- Ensure alignment with Operations, Asset, and technical requirements
- Manage relationships with high-profile performers, partners, and contributors, including contracts and schedules
- Monitor performance of anchor programs across attendance, engagement, and visibility, and identify opportunities to enhance impact
- Ensure anchor programs contribute to overall financial and experiential goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-profile cultural programs, performances, or flagship experiences
- Experience designing and delivering high-impact, flagship programs or headline events within festivals, cultural platforms, or entertainment environments
- Demonstrated experience working with high-profile performers, artists, or cultural figures, strategic partners, and production entities
- Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders and partners
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams including Operations, Technical, Commercial, and Marketing
