Position Overview
The Creative Director is a senior leader who defines the agency’s creative philosophy and sets the creative direction for all projects in Saudi Arabia, overseeing cross-functional teams and high-profile client engagements while driving innovation and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the agency’s overall creative vision, setting the standard for innovation, quality, and brand differentiation
- Lead high-level concept development with a focus on experiential, culturally grounded, insight-led solutions
- Oversee multiple creative teams, guiding their growth and creative execution capabilities
- Partner with the strategy team to align creative concepts with brand insights and business objectives
- Collaborate with the account team to refine creative approaches and ensure client satisfaction
- Work with production teams to validate the feasibility of creative ideas
- Take ownership of high-stakes pitches and client engagements
- Represent the agency at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings
Qualifications
- 10–12 years’ experience within creative agencies, experiential marketing, or related fields
- Proven experience working within the Saudi Arabia market, with strong understanding of local client expectations and cultural nuances
- Track record delivering large-scale experiential projects, including government or semi-government initiatives
- Degree in Design or a related creative discipline (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; ability to sketch, lay out, or model concepts in 3D
- Fluency in English required; Arabic highly advantageous
