Position Overview: Brand Activations & Events Job in The Red Sea

The Cluster Activations & Advocacy Assistant Director will translate marketing strategy into high-impact local activations, influencer programs, and destination-driven events across four Marriott Luxury, Red Sea, and AMAALA resorts, working closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual brand advocacy strategy across all cluster properties
  • Lead the end-to-end influencer marketing program, from roadmap to agency management and ROI reporting
  • Plan and execute marketing activations, seasonal campaigns, and cross-property initiatives that drive footfall and visibility
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing-led events, including brand activations, product launches, and cultural or seasonal events
  • Build partnerships with luxury brands, lifestyle partners, and destination stakeholders alongside PR agencies
  • Manage annual budgets across influencer marketing, activations, partnerships, events, and agency retainers
  • Track performance of activations, events, and partnerships, delivering post-event reports and ROI insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, PR, events, or brand activations
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or destination marketing preferred
  • Proven experience in event planning and marketing activations
  • Strong network within media, influencer, and lifestyle partner communities
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
