Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s new digitally native national airline, is hiring for Events jobs in Riyadh with an open Lead Events role. As the airline builds toward serving more than 100 destinations by 2030, it is growing the team that delivers the international launches, exhibitions, and executive engagements putting Riyadh Air on the world stage.
Position Overview
This role leads Riyadh Air’s global events portfolio, developing and delivering event strategies that strengthen the airline’s premium brand positioning while supporting corporate, commercial, and marketing objectives across large-scale international events, exhibitions, executive engagements, route launches, sponsorship activations, and corporate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop event concepts and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale international events, exhibitions, and route launches
- Oversee agency and supplier relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams across the business
- Ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to premium brand standards
- Manage event budgets and establish governance and delivery standards for scalable execution
- Use market insights, audience trends, and performance data to measure ROI and enhance event effectiveness
- Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Brand, Corporate Affairs, and airport partners
Qualifications
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, experiential marketing, or corporate events
- Proven success delivering large-scale international events and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Strong expertise in agency and supplier management, budget ownership, and end-to-end event delivery
- Experience within aviation, tourism, hospitality, luxury brands, or government sectors is a strong plus
