Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia by space, attendance, and revenue — a joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and the Events Investment Fund. The company is behind record-breaking events including LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA, and CPHI Middle East, and is now hiring a Senior Conference Producer to join its Riyadh team.
Position Overview
The Senior Conference Producer builds high-level industry conference programmes, engages expert speakers from around the world, and manages the order of show on-site at Tahaluf’s flagship events. The role combines research, relationship-building, and meticulous on-site organisation, and includes mentoring junior conference producers.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programmes and confirm speaker attendance
- Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies to shape conference content
- Maintain an updated speaker database and prepare creative briefs for the Marketing team
- Provide leads to the sponsorship team and attend sales meetings as needed
- Research topics with industry professionals to develop new conference ideas and content
- Collaborate with the Exhibition Director and sales team to expand the conference portfolio
- Mentor other conference producers and conduct post-show analysis of each event
Qualifications
- Extensive proven experience in conference production, ideally in the tech or gaming sectors
- Demonstrable experience delivering conferences within large-scale events, managing tracks and budgets
- Good understanding of the KSA market, ideally with exposure to government entities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and deliver results under pressure
- Sales, research, or journalism experience is an advantage but not essential
