The client has produced some of the world’s most high-profile live events, award shows, ceremonies, concerts, and televised specials, and is now building its on-ground team in Riyadh for an upcoming production running from 6 September to 5 November 2026.
Position Overview
The Operations Runner will support day-to-day event operations by coordinating logistics, deliveries, errands, and on-ground requests, helping ensure smooth execution across the full production window. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on solving problems in real time and keeping a live production moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operational errands and urgent requests
- Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and documents
- Support event teams with on-site logistics and setup activities
- Assist with staff, vendor, and stakeholder coordination
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
- A KSA driving license is a plus
