TAIT is Hiring: Event Crew Operations Producer in Riyadh

TAIT is a global live events and entertainment technology company that has delivered staging, engineering, and production for artists, brands, and major cultural moments across more than 30 countries. The company is now hiring an Event Crew Operations Producer in Riyadh for a large-scale production running from August through December 2026.

Position Overview

The Event Crew Operations Producer plans, co-develops, and executes the strategy for all back-of-house logistical operations at the event. This includes crew and supplier logistics, travel and accommodation, visa coordination, ground transportation, and reporting. The role oversees operational planning, manages key client and supplier relationships, and leads assigned team members while keeping the event leadership team informed throughout the production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead back-of-house crew operations, overseeing planning, execution, and continuous improvement of crew communications, onboarding, and operational support
  • Lead the development and management of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for assigned operational scopes
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships for travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and related logistics
  • Lead and manage an Event Crew Operations team of approximately 5–10 members through the full event lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for crew-related issues, proactively troubleshooting operational challenges
  • Support the development of reports and presentations, including materials for on-site Directors Summit meetings
  • Compile operational metrics and post-event contractor evaluations for the After Action Report

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of international live event, entertainment, or touring production experience at the managerial level
  • Prior experience working in the GCC region, especially Saudi Arabia, Dubai, or Qatar
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/tracking tools such as AirTable
  • Strong knowledge of international event industry processes and terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with discretion and diplomacy in high-pressure, fast-moving settings
