Position Overview
Posh Event Rentals is offering Business Development Specialist jobs in Riyadh for a full-time, on-site professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The role centres on building and maintaining relationships with event planners, corporate clients and agencies, and promoting Posh Event Rentals’ rental and production solutions across Riyadh’s events market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients and agencies
- Prepare proposals and presentations, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term clients
- Collaborate closely with operations and design teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
- Support pricing and contract negotiations
- Track performance metrics to improve sales strategies
- Attend industry events and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and support business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales or account management within events, hospitality or related industries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written Arabic and English
- Strong presentation abilities and professional client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid analytical and market research skills to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
