Position Overview
The Tamheer Trainee – Event Specialist joins Jamjoom Pharma’s Event Management team to develop hands-on experience managing events end-to-end, from planning through post-event evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and progressively manage small-to-medium events
- Develop event plans, timelines, and checklists
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and external suppliers
- Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and PO follow-ups
- Support or lead on-site event execution and resolve operational issues
- Complete post-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure
Qualifications
- Must meet Tamheer program requirements
- Resident in Jeddah
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Not registered in GOSI during the last six months
