Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sponsorship and exhibition revenue for events and conferences by securing new business, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships, with close collaboration across internal and external teams to deliver value for sponsors throughout the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to secure sponsorships and exhibition sales for events and conferences
Identify potential sponsors and exhibitors across different industries and negotiate and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and stakeholders as the main point of contact throughout the event cycle
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia
Collaborate with project management and marketing teams on sponsorship packages and exhibitor layouts
Identify untapped markets and develop innovative sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to increase revenue

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in events and exhibitions
Experience in the Middle East market, preferably in Saudi Arabia
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
